Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of these terms

Atletico Futbol Guest Player Hub (the “Service”) helps a soccer club coordinate guest players for games: posting openings, expressing interest on behalf of a player, and coordinating selections. By creating an account, accepting these Terms, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Who may use the Service

Accounts are invitation-gated and intended for club staff (coaches, team managers, administrators) and for parents or guardians acting on behalf of their players. If you register on behalf of a minor, you confirm that you are the parent or legal guardian and that you are authorized to provide that player’s information and to make decisions about their participation.

3. Your account

• Keep your login credentials confidential and do not share your account.
• Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify a club administrator promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to harass, abuse, threaten, or harm any person, including coaches, parents, or players.
• Submit false information, impersonate others, or register players you are not authorized to represent.
• Attempt to access accounts, data, or areas of the Service you are not permitted to use.
• Disrupt, overload, probe, or reverse-engineer the Service or its security controls.
• Use information obtained through the Service (such as game logistics or messages) for any purpose other than coordinating guest play.

5. Guest player coordination

Expressing interest in an opening does not guarantee selection. Coaches and managers decide which players to select. A selection, or a decision to decline or cancel, is made by club staff. The Service facilitates coordination but does not supervise games, arrange transportation, or assume responsibility for in-person activities.

6. Communications

The Service provides in-app messaging and may send email notifications (for example, when a player is selected or an opening is posted). By using the Service you consent to receive these operational communications. Keep your communications respectful; messages may be reviewed by administrators for safety and moderation.

7. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what information we collect and how it is used. Please review it.

8. Content and accuracy

You are responsible for the information you provide, including player profiles, availability, and messages. The club may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms or that it reasonably believes pose a safety risk.

9. Suspension and termination

The club may suspend or deactivate an account at any time for violations of these Terms, for safety reasons, or at its discretion. You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time from your Account page; some records may be retained as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. The club does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any particular player will be matched to any particular game.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the club and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, or for the conduct of any user, including interactions that occur off-platform.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be published with a new version number, and continued use after an update, or acceptance of the new version when prompted, constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
